Brand Specialist Accounts Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Leadership: Shape and position Birkenstock as a leading brand within our wholesale partnerships, managing and growing relationships with key European partners in alignment with our seasonal objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Execute brand campaigns across both physical and digital channels, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of our partners while staying true to Birkenstock’s vision and identity.
- Consistency & Excellence: Ensure brand consistency across all points of sale (POS) and digital platforms, delivering excellence in every customer interaction.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the success of campaigns using relevant KPIs, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
- Budget Management: Effectively support in managing and allocating budgets within the established framework to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Agency Coordination: Brief and coordinate with marketing agencies to execute brand campaigns seamlessly within the wholesale environment.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the lifestyle, fashion, or sneaker industry as well as a strong understanding of current and emerging trends in the fashion and footwear sector.
- Ability to perceive and respond effectively to customer needs and preferences and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to achieve common goals.
- A team-first mentality with a passion for building strong relationships, both internally and with partners; empathic communicator who can convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, and Adobe (In-Design, Acrobat) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English skills are essential; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regularly to partner offices and accounts across Europe.
