  • You optimize and further develop the Birkenstock e-commerce platform in the Nordics (Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark) by considering the principal KPIs.
  • This implies conceiving Nordic-relevant marketing campaigns, generating feature requests and corresponding user stories as well as creating the respective business cases and testing the campaigns.
  • Together with the EU digital team, you analyze and optimize the digital product range as well as the traffic, conversion rate and performance of our e-commerce activities in the Nordic countries, always keeping an eye on the competitors in the market.
  • To increase conversion, you will carry out A/B tests, analyze the results and derive recommendations for action, which you implement .
  • Also, you direct the external service providers with regard to functional changes in the webshop and content creation.
  • On all product-related topics, you act as the interface to other teams involved and closely cooperate with both the Nordics Country Manager and the International E-Commerce Manager.




  • 4-5 years of e-commerce experience with proven skills in increasing performance, preferably in the fashion or shoe industry
  • Profound knowledge of CMS tools, A/B testing, targeting, e-commerce shop systems and agile web development methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and expercience with Jira and Confluence
  • Practical knowledge in campaign planning, maintenance and monitoring
  • A creative problem solver with a deep understanding of the digital world
  • An analytical mindset with both love of detail and a good eye for the ‚big picture‘
  • Competent in managing agile teams, excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English, Danish and German are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
